 Groundwork Fit was founded on the belief that kids need more than just playing a sport. They need a strong foundation in movement, confidence, and resilience. We saw young athletes with potential but missing the basics that help them truly grow. So we built a program focused on developing those fundamentals in a fun and supportive environment. Today, Groundwork Fit is a growing community of kids and families working hard, building confidence, and growing together.
